
RIGHT OF SERVICE
An easement is needed when the use of a property requires crossing another's property, running utilities, or installing equipment. We will prepare the necessary drawings and documentation to register the right.
Road easement – right of way
Today, this can only happen in very exceptional cases, because the land development rules only allow the development of residential plots if they can be accessed from a public or private road.
Line management easement
In some cases, water, electricity, sewer, etc. lines can be economically implemented if they are not introduced directly from the public area, but through one of the neighboring land parcels. In such cases, an easement must be registered for this neighboring land parcel, for which a sketch drawing depicting the area affected by the easement must be prepared. In some cases, service companies run their lines under or above the plots, and then the service company can initiate the registration of the easement for the affected land parcels.
Placement easement
The easement drawing for the placement of electrical equipment must also show the wires connected to the electrical equipment.
