BUILDING REGISTRATION AND DELETION
Building Registration
If your house has been built or a significant change has been made to an existing building, it must be officially recorded on the land registry map. To do this, a building registration change outline drawing must be prepared.
First, the surveyor measures the building and depicts it on the change outline drawing in accordance with the regulations of the Land Office. The surveyor then submits the outline drawing to the Land Office. All you have to do is fill out a property registration application as the holder of the building permit. The occupancy permit can be applied for on the basis of the building outline drawing approved by the Land Office. We can also assist you in completing and submitting the application electronically.
Building Deletion
If a building has been demolished, its deletion from the land office register must also be initiated. For this, a demolition outline drawing is prepared. The surveyor can have the name of the building's use deleted from the property sheet at the Land Office with the outline drawing prepared based on the registration map, the final demolition permit, or possibly a demolition certificate or official certificate from the competent Municipality.
