LAND FORMATION
During land rezoning, the boundaries of one or more land parcels are modified, new land parcels are created, or existing ones are merged. During land rezoning, we support our clients in all administrative tasks – from the cooperation of lawyers to the transfer to the land registry.
Process:
Requesting a land development permit in principle from the local government
Preparation of surveying drawings (on-site measurement + office work)
Setting new property boundaries in the field
Registration of a clause at the land office
Applying for a final land development permit
